What You Need to Provide
- The completed Service 080 Application Form, signed by your legal representative

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- The form must bear the Korean Corporate Seal (stamped) and be signed by the same legal representative who provided the passport/ID.
- This is mandatory and must match the Company Registration .
- Failure to include the Korean Corporate Seal (Stamp) and the proper signature will result in the rejection of the form.
