IMPORTANT NOTE: Kindly note the following important requirement: The form must bear the Korean Corporate Seal (stamped) and be signed by the same legal representative who provided the passport/ID. This is mandatory and must match the Company Registration . Failure to include the Korean Corporate Seal (Stamp) and the proper signature will result in the rejection of the form.
