Our provider requires the porting form below to be completed in order to proceed with the order. This form must be completed by the registered user/owner on file with the Federal Office of Communications (OFCOM/BAKOM)

Important Note: Each Switzerland Toll-Free number has a registered user/owner on file with the Federal Office of Communications (OFCOM/BAKOM), which oversees media and telecommunications in Switzerland.

Please ensure that, before completing the form, you are the owner of record. If not, the form must be completed by the actual registered owner.

Kindly contact your current carrier, as they are the only party that can disclose the registered owner information, update the owner of record, or provide the necessary authorization.

Please keep in mind that these are external portals maintained by the Swiss government and may not always be available. You might get a 404 – Page Not Found error, or the link to access the database might change. 

The most reliable way to confirm the owner of record is to contact your current carrier, as they are the only party authorized to disclose this information, update the owner of record, or provide the necessary authorization.
