To port your number, please have a legal representative complete the attached port form. The porting process could be delayed if the form is not completed by an authorized contact on the losing carrier account.
If the person representing your company by providing his/her ID and details is not a registered Director of the company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), please attach a letter with the company’s letter head authorizing the person whose details are submitted and accepting full responsibility. This letter must be signed by one Director.
