Documentation Requirement - Letter of Intent - Dominican Republic

A Letter of Intent (LOI), also known as a Letter of Authority, explains why your company is acquiring the number and how it will be used.

Why This Is Required

The Dominican Republic's regulator requires this letter before your number can be activated.

What You Need to Provide

  • A Letter of Intent on your company letterhead containing the below information
    • Company name
    • Authorized Contact details
    • The service description for the number
    • Title and name of authorized signatory, e.g., CEO, CFO
    • Signature of authorized signatory
    • Company stamp, if available
  • Example

    • If you don't have your AVOXI Number yet you can remove that
    • Have the documents signed by an authorized signatory of the Sender.
