     Once the initial filing is complete and a reference number has been assigned, the process enters the final activation stage managed by the local provider.

  • Document Generation: The local provider will generate a formal document linked to the assigned reference number.
  • Chamber of Commerce Attestation: The provider must then submit this document to their local Chamber of Commerce for official attestation.
  • Activation: This attestation serves as the final "enablement" step. It validates the request under the provider's legal authority, allowing the assigned number to be recognized and processed by Saudi government systems.
