Within Malaysia, the In-country Authority requires the number to be registered with a Company Registration within the country being purchased. This registration is also required to be the local SSM template. Please see the example below for the exact document needed. Please be sure that the company registration form you supply AVOXI matches the Company name of the order you just placed.
