A Letter of Intent (LOI) describes the reason for acquiring your number and its intended use.
Why This Is Required
Some locations require this letter to carry your company stamp in addition to your company letterhead.
What You Need to Provide
- A Letter of Intent on your company letterhead, with your company stamp
- Please keep the LOI dated from within 60 days.
- Using your Company Letterhead, please fill out a letter with the following content:
- Company name
- Authorized Contact details
- The Use Case for the number - What will this number be used for?
- Title and name of authorized signatory, e.g., CEO, CFO
- Website URL, if the number is shown on a different page or site, that URL as well
- Signature of authorized signatory
- Company stamp Required

Examples and Instructions:
- Fill in the blue highlighted fields—completely replace each field with your information. If a field is not highlighted, don’t change it.
- If you don't have your AVOXI Number yet, you can remove that
- Have the documents signed by an authorized signatory of the Sender.

- Draft the Letter of Intent and apply your company stamp.
