A Letter of Intent (LOI) describes the reason for acquiring your India 1800 ITFS number and its intended use.

Why This Is Required

The LOI must be dated within 60 days.

What You Need to Provide

• The completed Letter of Intent Template, on your company letterhead, including:
  • Company name
  • Authorized Contact details
  • The Use Case for the number - What will this number be used for? 
  • Title and name of authorized signatory, e.g., CEO, CFO
  • Website URL
  • Signature of authorized signatory
  • Company stamp, if available
• Only fill in the fields highlighted in blue — completely replace each with your own information; leave everything else unchanged
• If you don't have your AVOXI number yet, you can remove that reference
• Signature from an authorized signatory of the sender

How to Submit It

• Download the Letter of Intent Template and complete it, dated within the last 60 days.
• Upload it in your AVOXI online account. See our informative guide for help.
