In some locations, AVOXI needs to supply the end user company's in-country address for a China number.

Why This Is Required

The address must be within China — it doesn't matter which city, but it must be a China address, or AVOXI cannot provide the number. Proof should be less than three months old.

Note: Company Registration alone will not be accepted as proof of address.

What You Need to Provide

One of the following, ideally less than three months old: a utility bill, a lease agreement (shared lease agreements can be submitted if that's all you have, though not accepted in some areas), or a bank statement

How to Submit It

1. Upload the proof of address in your AVOXI online account.
2. If you need to update the address, do so directly at the number field in your account.
