In some locations, the In-country Authority requires the number to be registered with a Companies Company Registration that matches the city you are ordering. For our regulator in Japan, it has been made mandatory for us to provide a local or in-country copy of your Company Registration.  This document is referred to as 履歴事項全部証明書 or a certification of complete historical records.

Please be sure that the company registration form you supply AVOXI matches the Company name of the order you just placed and the city you have ordered.
