A Letter of Intent (LOI), also known as a Letter of Authority, explains why your company is acquiring the number and how it will be used.
Why This Is Required
The UAE's regulator (DU) requires this letter before your number can be activated.
What You Need to Provide

The completed UAE_National_LOI.docx, on your company letterhead, including:
- company name;
- authorized contact details;
- a service description for the number;
- the title and name of the authorized signatory (e.g., CEO, CFO);
- their signature; and your company stamp, if available
How to Submit It
- Download the UAE_National_LOI.docx and complete it per the requirements above.
