Documentation Required - Company Registration - Greece

A copy of your company's official registration in Greece is required before AVOXI can activate your number.

Why This Is Required

Greece's in-country regulator has made this documentation mandatory for every Greek number order. It confirms your company is properly registered in Greece.

What You Need to Provide

  • The latest Greece in-country company business registration documents, including the legal representative on file and the local address
  • A complete copy including all pages — especially the pages showing the address in the city you are ordering for, and the legal representative
  • The company name must match your order, and the address and legal representative must be listed — partial documents that don't include the legal representative will be rejected
  • If the legal representative isn't listed in the company registration, a recent Certificate of Representation from the Greek GEMI portal, showing that the person whose ID you are providing is a legal representative of the company
  • The document must be an actual Greek company registration — copies from a different country, or partial copies/website printouts, will not be accepted

How to Submit It

  • Gather the complete company registration (all pages), or the GEMI Certificate of Representation if the legal representative isn't listed.
  • Upload it in your AVOXI online account
  • See our informative guide for help.
  • Our number team will review it. Your account status updates automatically once we finish.
  • You will usually hear from us within 24 hours. For urgent help, call +1 (770) 937-9735.
