• Authorized Contact details
• The service description for the number
• Title and name of authorized signatory, e.g., CEO, CFO
• Signature of authorized signatory
• Company stamp, if available

These International Toll Free Numbers/Toll Numbers will be only used for providing (mention the purpose for ordering the numbers) offered by (company name using the ITFS Number).

We undertake that these International Toll Free Service Numbers/Toll Numbers will solely be used for our own (mention the purpose for ordering the numbers) and will not be resold to a third party, nor would these be used to offer any International Voice related services that is intended to bypass or arbitrage the International Voice Services being offered by the licensed operators in United Arab Emirates. In case it is observed that these International Toll Free Service Numbers/Toll Numbers are being used for International Voice Bypass or arbitrage, then we will have no objection to the telecom service provider in United Arab Emirates decommissioning these numbers with immediate effect.
