Please note that DNCR registration is a mandatory prerequisite. We are legally unable to assign a new TrueLocal number until compliance is verified.
Requirements for Local UAE Entities
If your company is legally registered within the United Arab Emirates, you must fulfill the following requirements before a new number can be provisioned:
- Local Entity Status: You must hold a valid UAE trade license.
- Existing Corporate Number: You must possess an active corporate phone number (provided by Etisalat or du) that is officially linked to your company registration.
- DNCR Registration Proof: You must use your existing corporate number to register on the official DNCR portals. This registration generates the "DNCR record" required for our records.
