Documentation Requirement - DNCR (Do Not Call Registry)

To ensure a secure and compliant communications environment, the UAE regulatory authorities have implemented the Do Not Call Registry (DNCR).

Why This Is Required

DNCR registration is a mandatory prerequisite — AVOXI is legally unable to assign a new TrueLocal number until compliance is verified. This platform protects consumers from unsolicited telemarketing and ensures businesses operate within local legal frameworks.

What You Need to Provide

If your company is legally registered within the United Arab Emirates, you must fulfill the following requirements before a new number can be provisioned:

  • Local Entity Status: You must hold a valid UAE trade license.
  • Existing Corporate Number: You must possess an active corporate phone number (provided by Etisalat or du) that is officially linked to your company registration.
  • DNCR Registration Proof: You must use your existing corporate number to register on the official DNCR portals. This registration generates the "DNCR record" required for our records.
  • Registration Links:  Local UAE companies must register on with one of the following portals:

How to Submit It

  • Confirm your UAE trade license and existing corporate number.
  • Register on the official DNCR portals using your corporate number, and gather proof of that registration.
  • Once registered, please upload a screenshot of the confirmation page from the website to your AVOXI online account. See our informative guide for help.
  • Our number team will review it. Your account status updates automatically once we finish.
  • You will usually hear from us within 24 hours. For urgent help, call +1 (770) 937-9735.

Note: Your number will not work until we receive your documents and register them with the local provider.
