NEW Default Agent Status
We're launching our Default Agent Sign-In Status. Now the Admins for any customer will be able to set a default status for each Agent when they log in. This was requested and piloted by a few customers to allow users to log in but be paused to start their day so that Agents can choose when to start taking calls. Learn more here.
