Microsoft Teams - Custom SBC Chance
- We are making a change to the MS Teams SIP integration configuration. The ‘My SBC’ option will be removed from the SIP Trunk and URI configuration modal. New customers integrating with MS Teams using their own SBC will have to configure it as a Custom integration. Existing customers configured with a custom SBC will be re-labeled as a Custom integration in the UI
🐛 Bug Fixes
- We fixed an issue with scheduling Number Tests, in which the count of estimated test calls per month (and associated cost) was incorrect
- We fixed an issue where an Agent's status could sometimes reset without interaction from the Agent
- We fixed an issue where Calls/Agent would show as N/A in the Call Traffic report
- We fixed an issue where selecting an Agent in the Agents report would open the Agent Details report, but would ignore the previously set date filter
