AVOXI Deployment - October 1, 2024  

As part of our global coverage expansion, we continuously add new numbers, inventory, and locations to our online shopping cart. Additionally, we are regularly releasing updates and improvements to the Genius platform UI and behind the scenes to keep our software running smoothly.

  • API Token Management Enhancements 
    • We've improved the API page so that it is much easier to track and block tokens that have been generated. This results in a simpler experience for Admins when managing API Tokens and provides additional security for out customer's data

  • Customer Audit Logs (Feature Flag)
    • We are releasing the first phase of Customer Audit Logs behind a feature flag this week. Customers will now be able to search the audit log history for their account, including the ability to export and schedule audit log reports. This initial phase only includes user authentication events (i.e. log in and log out). This feature is expected to be generally available in next week’s release

  • Webhook Response in Call Journey 
    • We’ve added webhook responses into Call Journey for easier and quicker troubleshooting of webhook calls. 
    • Please note recently added advanced Flow Builder capabilities - Gather Input, Webhook and Conditional Routing are all part of the Premium cloud service package.
