AVOXI Release Notes - January 9, 2024

AVOXI Deployment Summary: With this week's deployment, we released enhancements to our Flow Builder tool, Number Testing, and Courtry Filter Reports.

 

New Number Coverage

Our provisioning team has added the below number of coverage to the AVOXI online shopping cart: 

  • Poland - Poland Mobile - TrueLocal
  • Port Your - Poland - Poland Mobile -Voice Only
  • Port Your - Poland - Poland Mobile - TrueLocal
  • France - France Mobile - TrueLocal

 

NEW Local Carrier Expansion

Our carrier team completed onboarding the below carriers for the below destination and number types: 

  • Completed Carriers:
    • Comms Group - Korea TrueLocal
  • Pending Carriers:
    • Omantel - Oman ITFS
    • Worldhub - Malaysia TrueLocal
    • G9 Telecom S.A. - Portugal DID, TrueLocal, ITFS
    • Global Premium Telecom - Switzerland ITFS
    • OGN Communications - Brazil DID, TL, ITFS

       

Enhancements Flow Builder - Clear Prompts

As a user, you can now clear prompts in the IVR widget configuration panel, such as the intro prompt, menu prompt, unavailable prompt, and timeout prompt. Earlier, if users mistakenly uploaded prompts, it wasn't possible to clear them out, and they were required to add a silence prompt or remove the widget entirely and reconfigure it. 
 
 

Enhancements Number Testing - Number Failure State 

The Voice usage section on the invoice now has separate inbound and outbound usage sections.  Earlier this year, there was an update to the invoices, and we began allocating outbound usage to the associated AVOXI number where applicable.  The issue was that the usage was added to the existing inbound line item on the invoice, making it difficult to differentiate between inbound and outbound usage.  This recent update resolves that issue.  You'll be able to learn more here. 
 
 

Enhancements Reports - Country Filter

The Geographic report allows customers to see where their calls are coming from and going to.  It features a heatmap that helps customer to visualize their global traffic.  Total Calls, average duration, ASR, and MOS are also broken down by location.  This feature is being released behind a feature flag as we continue to add functionality;  learn more here.  Please reach out to Kay Senior (kay.senior@avoxi.com) for access.
