Number Testing Locations

We added two new countries to the Number of Testing

  • Latvia
  • Ecuador

New Number Testing:   Real-Time Inbound Call Test Type

AVOXI customers can now test real-time to their agent via the webphone in Genius. This test verifies that your Numbers are correctly routed to your IVR, phone system, or agent to ensure the best customer experience. Essential functions include the ability to:

  • Simulate caller's experience via the AVOXI Webphone;
  • Perform a test call, traverse an IVR via DTMF or Voice, reach an agent, and interact with them;
  • Perform tests without a webphone license and
  • Add notes during and after the call based on their results.

All current metrics (QoS/PDD, Call Journey) will remain in the Test Detail model, and calls will be displayed in the Number Testing Activity report. Full cross-department training has been completed; for additional information, view our customer-facing KB guide for further details.

Enhancements to the Webphone Caller ID

The webphone will no longer reset the caller ID after each call. With this release, the webphone will retain the previously selected caller-ID for the current session.

Enhancements to the Live Teams Dashboard

The Live Teams dashboard now reflects "calls on hold" as "Active calls" on the Live Inbound page (Live Teams already did this - making it consistent). They had been previously reported as a bug where calls were not showing up on the Live Inbound dashboard.

Product Adjustments and Fixes

  • Webphone Status:  We released a fix for an issue where the webphone status behavior could cause two incoming calls simultaneously.

  • Live Dashboard:  We fixed an issue where calls would sometimes get stuck in the Live Dashboard even when the call had already been completed.

Release notes include new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. In addition, weekly updates are done, so check back often to see what's new. Also, please forward product suggestions to product@avoxi.com.
