AVOXI Deployment Summary: This week, we added new ITFS Mobile Enabled inventory in Panama to our online cart as part of our continuous number inventory expansion. In addition, we released our new Beta AVOXI Alerts along with multiple enhancements to Number Testing and the AVOXI Flow Builder.

This valuable feature is designed to help customers be proactive about their numbers’ status and performance; learn more here. The feature was released to select Beta Customers; reach out to your Account Manager to activate today.
- Create alerts on the metrics that matter most.
- Notify the appropriate parties to investigate potential performance issues.
- Monitor alerts trends over time.
Enhancements to Flow Builder - Active Times
- Selecting the date range will auto-select the corresponding days of the week and disable the rest.
- Date/Time groups can be reordered as required in the configuration panel.
Enhancements to Number Testing
Number Testing Promo
We released a limited-time Pricing Promo with a reduced rate of only $0.50 per on-demand or scheduled test.
QoS and PDD Metrics added to Number Testing
MOS, PDD, and Call Recording were added to each passed test.
