AVOXI Deployment Summary: With this week's deployment, we released our new Geographic report with a detailed heatmap showing global call traffic by country. We also added ten more countries to our number testing tool.
 

NEW Geographic Report 

The new AVOXI Geographic report is now available to all customers. It allows you to see where your calls are coming from and where they are going. A heatmap helps you visualize global traffic by country, with metrics such as Total Calls, average duration, ASR, and MOS broken down by country or area code. Use our informative customer guide to learn more, and look out for additional enhancements coming next week.

Sunset - Remove SMS on all Existing US and Canada Numbers

We removed SMS functionality for all existing customers' US and Canada numbers, which includes removing the SMS tag visible under "Services Enabled" on the Numbers Dashboard, SMS forwarding, and SMS Logs. 

Enhancement - Number Testing Expansion

As of this morning, we have added ten countries to Number Testing; review our guide for an updated list of countries.
