Adjustments & Fixes
- Agent Status Fix: We are releasing a fix for an issue where sometimes the Agent Status would change to "Available" after long breaks.

Answering a Call Fix: We are implementing a fix for an issue where sometimes an Agent clicking to answer a call would not have the call successfully connected and would instead show as “connecting." The agent may need to refresh their browser if the issue occurs again.
