New Data Access Control
Our new Data Access Control provides an extra layer of data security to a customer’s account by ensuring users only have access to the data they need. With this feature, users can only view the call activity, analytics, and live dashboard data associated with their assigned billing group. Enhancements to Flow Builder
With this release, users can effortlessly duplicate their existing call flows with one button click. The duplicated call flows will retain all configurations, placing them in “Draft” status to make further changes as required. This accelerates setup for recurring scenarios, allowing you to focus on fine-tuning specific configurations rather than starting from scratch. Adjustments and Fixes - Customer Facing
Agent Status: Agent status issues may cause problems with Agent status changing back to available (from paused or disconnected) when there are network issues, the computer goes to sleep, ghosting, or using the mobile app
