New SIP Trunk Diagnostics
The AVOXI SIP Trunk Diagnostics, allows users to test their outbound SIP Trunk configuration to ensure successful implementation. In addition, the test will provide insight into any errors for quicker troubleshooting and resolution. You can learn more in our informative customer-facing user guide.
Adjustments and Fixes - Customer Facing
- Blind Transfers: Fixed intermittent issues during blind transfers where calls would not route properly to Agents.
- Webphone Status: Fix an issue where the user's webphone status was not indicative of their current status, usually due to a network reconnect. It would look to Agents like they were receiving calls while paused.
- Document Management Order Status: Fixed an isolated issue where a user could not upload documents within the order status detail page.
- Outbound Disconnecting: A fix was released where agents reported that outbound calls were dropped at 30 seconds.
- Bulk Update Rules: Fixed an issue where the bulk update functionality on forwarding rules was not working.
