Beta AVOXI Alerts
This valuable feature is designed to help customers be proactive about their numbers' status and performance; you can learn more here.
- Create alerts on the metrics that matter most;
- Notify the appropriate parties to investigate potential performance issues; and
- Monitor alert trends over time.
Enhancements to the Numbers Report
- New Filter - My Activity / Company Activity / Team Activity: Users can now filter on Country (number's Country, not inbound caller's Country).
- New Drilldowns on the Numbers Report: Users can click through in a variety of places on the Numbers report to be taken to a filtered view of the Company Activity. Specifically supports: Inbound Total/Answered/Unanswered/Voicemails, Outbound Total/Answered/Unanswered, Call Distribution chart, and Phone Number Detail.
Product Fixes & Adjustments
- Voice & SMS Enabled Numbers: Cart Verbiage update to include that these can be forwarded to VOIP/SIP, and the ability to select VOIP/SIP and MS Team in the "Forward To" drop down.
- Portability Tool Form: Updated broken form link; this is now working as expected with our lead queue.
- Cart Forward to Order: We have cleaned up the display of the countries in the Forward To drop-down of the online cart; this is now being displayed in alphabetical order.
