AVOXI Deployment Summary: As part of our global coverage expansion, we continuously add new numbers, inventory, and locations to our online shopping cart. In addition, we released enhancements to Call Journey to include Mobile App calls.
Enhancement Call Journey
With this release, users can now view mobile app calls in the Call Journey, giving them insight into which leg of the call took place on the mobile app. In addition, the mobile app icons are now also visible in the Activity Pages with their corresponding tooltip text for Answered calls.
