Agent Status
Fixed an issue where select Agents received multiple queue calls at the same time due to their "Agent Status" being incorrect.
Call Activity Dashboard
The Call Activity Dashboard (Company and Team Activities) had a small bug that caused filtering with multiple fields to not show the correct results. This issue has been fixed and multiple field search filter criteria will now display the correct results/data.
