What's New
NEW SIP Forwarding
Integrate AVOXI Global Voice platform with any communication application/platform with SIP Forwarding feature. This allows you to forward any phone number to a valid SIP target. More information on configuring SIP Forwarding is here.
NEW Webphone Audio Device Settings
For an agent to use the webphone, AVOXI must have access to that user's audio devices. This includes the microphone and speaker for talking and listening during a call. For the best AVOXI experience, a supported browser should also be used. If any of these conditions are not met, a notification will now display on the webphone alerting the user of the issue and how to resolve it. View New Webphone Notifications for Technical Issues.
Enhancements
We added new message prompts to the webphone to show warnings when the browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) does not have correct permissions for audio.
In a rare case when a webphone registration fails due to timeout before it successfully connects to a call the user experienced one-way audio. This has been fixed.
Adjustments
CRM - Call Details: Fixed an issue with call details not being logged into the CRM due to timeouts.
Answer Call Dispositions: Fixed an issue where agents could receive new incoming calls while they were in the after-call work status of “answering call dispositions”. This disposition status and any pause status will not be always honored and no new incoming calls will be offered to an agent in those statuses.
