AVOXI Deployment Summary:  With this week's release all AVOXI customers can now view tooltips for MOS, Jitter, and Packet Loss. In addition, users can now download previously uploaded documents for easy reuse.

Enhancement Call Insights 

With this release, customers can now view tooltips for MOS, Jitter, and Packet Loss columns in the Call Insights Activity Dashboard.  In addition, we made a minor update to the description visible on the Analytics explore page to reflect "Call Insights" and standardized the metric colors. 

Enhancement Document Management 

Customers now have the ability to download previously uploaded documents for easy reuse. In addition, they can now view how many orders have been filled within the summary level of the number.
