Bulk Edit Call Forwarding Rules
Using the "Bulk Forwarding Update" feature, Genius Administrators can edit multiple numbers’ to apply specific call forwarding rule(s) configuration to multiple numbers. Available to all Genius users (no license required), the popular time-saving feature is specifically designed to make forwarding on multiple numbers or complex configurations quick and easy. Enhancements
Call Activity Logs
We released a large update to the database that stores all call activity logs. The simple benefit to this complex update is that the Call Activity page performance and Analytics performance are much improved.
Call Recording Storage Tool Tip
Updated tooltip for Call Recording Storage. AVOXI supports call recording storage in 3 ways: In our modern cloud storage, customer-provided AWS storage, customer-provided SFTP location. Learn more here!
Adjustments
Multiple Calls
Fixed issue with race condition that caused multiple calls to be presented to an Agent.
Queue Callback Calls
Released a fix for an issue where some queue callback calls were being disconnected prematurely.
