AVOXI Release Notes - March 1, 2022

AVOXI Deployment Summary:  With this week's release all AVOXI customers can now enjoy in-product guides on our new Call Insights (MOS) feature.


NEW Call Insights User Guides 

We added new and existing product user tips to our Call Insights feature.  Designed to promote customers adoption, the user guides and tips are currently visible to all users and will disappear once viewed.  


Adjustments ~ Fixes

No Audio  

We updated the RTP port ranges to resolve an isolated customer issue and to better allow SIP integration to Cisco gateways. Our BYOC solution allows users to bring Avoxi's global cloud-voice platform to Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, Microsoft Teams, and many more. 

Call Recording Pause on Queue Call Back

Fixed an issue with the user's ability to pause call recordings on queue callback calls. With this release, all queue callback calls will honor the call recording pause and resume actions from the user's webphone. The pause and resume feature is part of the PCI compliant solution from AVOXI for contact center teams.

Duplicate Webphones

Released an adjustment for when an Agent refreshers the AVOXI platform in their browser with the webphone popped out, the popped out webphone will now close, and only the new/refreshed webphone will be available.
