AVOXI Deployment Summary: This week we launched a new TLS/SRTP for Mobile App and SIP URI's in our API. In addition, we released enhancements to our Call Insights Free Trial, Security Control Screen, and adjustments to our Priority Routing and Queue Call Back functionality.
NEW TLS/SRTP for Mobile App
As you all know security is always top of our minds! This week's release adds secure audio (TLS/SRTP) to the AVOXI mobile app. The Mobile app is currently available by invite-only to select Beta customers. Learn more here!

NEW SIP URI's in API
SIP URIs can now be managed directly through our public API and users' interface. AVOXI's API (Application Programming Interface), gives our AVOXI wholesale partners the ability to view inventory and automatically order AVOXI virtual numbers directly through their customer platform/portal. This robust functionality gives provisioning specialists instant access to local, national, mobile, toll free, and TrueLocal numbers in over 170 countries. Enhancement to Call Insights Free Trial
AVOXI Admins now can instantly cancel the Call Insights Free Trial within your AVOXI online platform using the cancel button. Learn more about managing your AVOXI Call Insights Free Trial.
Add Tool-Tip and Guide to Security Controls Screen
We added a tooltip with a link to the Security Controls KB article to the Security Control Screen. Our goal is to educate/inform users that AVOXI supports several ways to better secure the business your organization conducts and how to adjust your settings to protect against unverified access to sensitive information.
Product Adjustments
- Priority Routing Fix: Priority routing (aka VIP routing) was having some issues when used with the newly released skills-based routing feature. This release has corrected the issue so that both these advanced routing features play well together.
- Queue Call Back Record Fix: We released a fix for isolated instances where queue callback call recording was not available correctly.
