  • NEW Integrations for all your Business Apps

Check out the new integrations section with nearly added categories for business tools.  Infuse voice interactions and data into your business workflows with easy to set up integrations 

  • Hubspot Integration

Introduced last week, when integrating AVOXI with Hubspot you can now track the complete customer journey and automatically log all call data to Hubspot.

  • Call Quality Rating

The Call Quality feature gives users the ability to provide feedback about call quality in seconds. Using the call quality rating bar at the end of your call, users can now rate calls from 1 to 5 stars, 1 being the worst and 5 being the best.
