Hubspot Integration
Introduced last week, when integrating AVOXI with Hubspot you can now track the complete customer journey and automatically log all call data to Hubspot.
Call Quality Rating
The Call Quality feature gives users the ability to provide feedback about call quality in seconds. Using the call quality rating bar at the end of your call, users can now rate calls from 1 to 5 stars, 1 being the worst and 5 being the best.
