Enhancements to Disposition Reports in Analytics
We released a number of enhancements to our Disposition reporting which includes adding the Disposition Label to the table so both Label and Answer are now provided for more detail. This gives admins the ability to view all Disposition Answers submitted at the end of a call.
Product Fixes and Adjustments
- Call Recordings: We resolved an issue where a customer could not pull call recordings for some calls.
- SIP URI: We made adjustments to fix an isolated problem a customer was having with the SIP invite from Genius to Customer PBX sessions expiring.
