📋 AVOXI Global Number Compliance Checklist

Get your numbers active faster by having these documents ready.

Telecom regulations vary by country. To ensure your numbers are approved on the first submission, use this checklist to audit your documents before uploading them to your AVOXI Order Management portal.

The "Big Three" (Required for 90% of Regulated Countries)

Most Tier 2 and Tier 3 countries (like France, Germany, or Singapore) require these three items:

  • Proof of Identity: A high-resolution color scan of a valid Passport or National ID card for the authorized representative of your company.
  • Check: Is it expired? Is the image blurry? (Expired IDs are the #1 cause of rejection).
  • Proof of Business Incorporation: A copy of your official Business Registration or Articles of Incorporation.
  • Check: Does the company name on this document match the name on your AVOXI account exactly?
  • Proof of Address (Utility Bill): A recent (within the last 90 days) utility bill (Electric, Water, Gas, or Fixed Landline).
  • Check: It must show the Physical Address. PO Boxes are almost never accepted for regulated numbers.

Regional Specifics (The "Gotchas")

Check if your target country requires these additional items:

  • Local Address Requirement: Some countries (Germany, Hong Kong, etc.) require a physical address within that city or country.
  • Pro Tip: If you don't have a local office, check the AVOXI "Number Inventory" to see if "National" numbers are available, as they often have softer address requirements than "Local" city numbers.
  • Letter of Intent (LOI): Usually required for Toll-Free or Premium numbers in the Middle East or APAC.
  • Check: This must be on company letterhead, signed by a director, and explain exactly how the number will be used (e.g., "Inbound customer support for our software users").
  • Tax ID / VAT Number: Required for tax compliance in the EU and South America.

Document Quality Standards

To pass the AVOXI Carrier Audit, your files must meet these specs:

  • Format: PDF, JPG, or PNG only. (No Word docs or screenshots of websites).
  • Clarity: All four corners of the document must be visible.
  • Language: Documents not in English may require a certified translation in high-restriction regions.

Next Steps: How to Submit

  1. Log in to your AVOXI Platform.
  2. Navigate to Numbers > Order Status Page > Relevant Order.
  3. Upload your documents once.
  4. Monitor your Order Status page for AVOXI approval
