Purchasing a local number is only half the battle. To maximize answer rates, you must configure your Outbound Caller ID so your customers see a familiar local number on their display.
🛠Step-by-Step Configuration

Set Your Default ID: * Go to Users -> My Account -> Overview.
- Select your preferred AVOXI number as your default outbound CLI.

Team-Based Caller ID: * Navigate to Teams, select a team, and go to the Settings tab.

Under Outbound Caller ID, click Edit and move your purchased local numbers into the "Team Caller IDs" block.
