Outbound Caller ID (TrueLocal) Configuration

Purchasing a local number is only half the battle. To maximize answer rates, you must configure your Outbound Caller ID so your customers see a familiar local number on their display. AVOXI TrueLocal ensures two-way local voice and caller ID in 110+ countries.

 

🛠 Step-by-Step Configuration

  1. Set Your Default ID: * Go to Users -> My Account -> Overview.
    1. Select your preferred AVOXI number as your default outbound CLI.
  2. Team-Based Caller ID: * Navigate to Teams, select a team, and go to the Settings tab.
    1. Under Outbound Caller ID, click Edit and move your purchased local numbers into the "Team Caller IDs" block.
  3. Enable Intelligent Caller ID (Recommended):
    1. If you have numbers in multiple countries, use Intelligent Caller ID
    2. This feature automatically selects the best local number from your inventory based on the destination you are dialing.
