Submitting Regulatory Documents for Virtual Numbers

Because AVOXI provides real PSTN connectivity, we must adhere to in-country regulations. If your number shows an "Action Required" or "Pending Documentation" status, follow the steps below to submit your compliance files.

 

🛠 How to Submit Documents

  1. Access Your Numbers: Log in to your AVOXI Platform and navigate to the Numbers section in the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Identify the Requirement: Click on the phone number marked with a warning icon. In the Number Profile, look for the Compliance/Documentation tab.
  3. Upload Files: Review the specific requirements (e.g., Passport, Utility Bill, or Letter of Intent). Click Upload to attach your documents.
  4. Track Status: Once uploaded, our compliance team typically reviews documents within 24 hours. You can monitor the status directly in your Document Management dashboard.
