In some locations, the In-country Authority requires the number to be registered with a Power of Attorney.  

Please be sure that the Power of attorney (Vigencia de poder) you supply AVOXI is from Peru and that this matches the Company name of the order you just placed. 

                                                        

Power of attorney (Vigencia de poder - Validity of Power) (the most current): We need an updated Power of Attorney with a validity of one month.

This document is called Vigencia de Poder in Peru and it shows there is an official document in which the legal representative is recognized as so.
