The "donor operator" name is required to port a number in Italy.  Please keep in mind this could be different from who you actually purchased your number from as they could be a reseller and not the true carrier of the phone number.  To find this information, please reach out to your current provider of the number to confirm who the donor operator/losing carrier is prior to submitting your port request.  

Without the above information we will not be able to attempt a port request for this number type.
