Port Document Required - CARTA DE CANCELACION 800 Otro-Operador - (Panama ITFS)

To port a Panama ITFS (800) number, the company that owns the number must send a cancellation letter to their current operator.

Why This Is Required

The current owner must send this letter to their current telecommunications operator (the losing carrier), who must sign it to acknowledge and approve releasing the number. AVOXI can't proceed with the port until we receive the letter signed by both the customer and the losing carrier.

What You Need to Provide

  • The completed Letter Template, signed by your current (losing) operator
    • Your company name
    • Your company address
    • Your phone number
    • Your email
    • Your contact person

How to Submit It

  • Download the Letter Template and send it to your current operator for their signature.
  • Once signed, upload it along with your company details in your AVOXI online account.
  • See our informative guide for help.
  • Our number team will review it.
  • Your account status updates automatically once we finish.
  • You will usually hear from us within 24 hours. For urgent help, call +1 (770) 937-9735
