The in-country authority requires the number to be registered with the ID copy of the legal representative of the user company in the country, not a random staff member. This is an additional ID requirement separate from the Owner ID. Please note that the ID must belong to an authorized person who is designated as the legal contact in Taiwan. This individual should also be the same person whose Taiwanese business card you are providing, as they must be available to be contacted by the supplier

This ID must match the name that you are adding as the contact person on the Affidavit of Use of Number (Taiwan) and also the same on the Taiwanese business card - Keep in mind that this will be verified by the supplier.
