Documentation Requirement - Letter of Intent - China TrueLocal

A Letter of Intent (LOI) describes the reason for acquiring your China TrueLocal number and its intended use, covering both inbound and outbound calling.

Why This Is Required

China's regulator is strict about outbound calling: if you intend to use outbound for promotional or marketing calls, your service will be declined and blocked. Each order is reviewed and approved individually by AVOXI's supplier, and if your intended use is flagged as abuse, they reserve the right to cancel your service.

What You Need to Provide

  • A Letter of Intent (LOI Template.docx) on your company letterhead, containing the below:
    • Company name
    • Authorized Contact details
    • The service description for the number
    • Title and name of authorized signatory, e.g., CEO, CFO
    • Signature of authorized signatory
    • Company stamp, if available
  • To activate outbound calling, an outbound script is also required, following the carrier's example format

How to Submit It

  1. Draft the LOI on your company letterhead, and prepare your outbound script if you need outbound calling.
  2. Upload both in your AVOXI online account. See our informative guide for help.
  3. Our number team will review it. Your account status updates automatically once we finish.
  4. You will usually hear from us within 24 hours. For urgent help, call +1 (770) 937-9735
