The In-country Authority requires the number to be registered with ID copy of the user company’s legal representative - not a random staff member.

The Following is required:

Copy of Legal representative’s ID (front and back), 

(For foreign nationals or foreign employees in Taiwan, please submit either an ARC (Alien Resident Certificate) or a valid passport)

Note: Please ensure that this is the person who signs both application forms (Taiwan Application Form & Taiwan Use Case Declaration) and appears in the half-body photo holding them.
