The In-country Authority requires the number to be registered with ID copy of the user company’s legal representative - not a random staff member.
The Following is required:
Copy of the legal representative’s ID ( Note: must belong to the person listed in the company registration as the legal representative. If the legal representative is not listed in the company registration, please provide a recent copy of the Certificate of Representation from the Greece GEMI portal showing that the person whose ID you are providing is a legal representative of the company).
