- Dial the Area Code: Start by dialing the area code of the state where your TrueLocal EMS number is registered.
- Dial the Emergency Code: After entering the area code, dial the standard emergency code.

If you are located in Rio De Janeiro and your TrueLocal EMS number is registered in Rio De Janeiro, you should dial: +55-11-190 -
Example 2:
If you are in Rio De Janeiro but your EMS number is registered in Sao Paulo, dialing +55-11-190 will not connect you to emergency services. In this case, the caller line identification (CLI) does not match the state where the emergency service is being requested, causing the call to fail.
