Yes, potentially. AVOXI doesn't know which data centers you've whitelisted on your own firewall or equipment, so we can't avoid sending from a data center just because it isn't on your list.
By default, calls are sent from the data center selected on the number's configuration - unless the call actually originates in a different data center. For example, if a user's webphone session starts in the Brazil data center, that call will reach your SIP URI from Brazil, regardless of which data center the number itself is set to.
If your firewall only allows traffic from specific AVOXI data centers, we recommend whitelisting all data centers your traffic could realistically originate from, not just the one shown on the number's settings.
