Documentation Required: Emergency Service Details (Germany)

To activate a TrueLocal number with Emergency Services, AVOXI's supplier requires the details of each agent using the number. We've attached a document with common in-country dial codes and a form for you to complete and return to AVOXI.

Supported Dial Codes:

100 Police
108 Coast guard
112 Single European emergency call number
166 Ambulance / Emergency medical service
197 National centre for immediate social assistance (EKAKB)
199 Fire brigade
1056 Children's helpline
116000 European centre for lost and missing children

When placing an order with AVOXI, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide up to date end user details. If the end user needs to be updated, please submit a case to support@avoxi.com with the number in question and new end user information.
