Cancelling Call Insights

 The Call Insights Feature is available to all AVOXI customers. New customers are required to cancel their subscription within 60 days Free Trial period. After which time they will automatically be billed the monthly recurring fee on the Basic plan.

Customer may cancel Call Insights feature by accessing their Genius account.

1. Log in to Genius
2. Go to the settings tab
3. Go to Call Quality
4. Under Call Insights, click on cancel plan
