NEW - User Management Settings - We have created a new User Management section within our Roles. This allows you to give a role the ability to update the following:
- Modify User Profiles - e.g. Name, email, license, etc...
- Modify Roles - create, update, and delete roles along with update permissions given to roles
- Modify Roles - assign users to different roles
- We have the ability to select any of the default roles (e.g. Admin, Supervisor, Agent) as well as all Custom Roles
- By assigning any of these permissions to a role, users assigned to that role then have the ability to assign other users to this role. This is to allow our customers to create "User Admin" roles which can help their Admins manage some their users such as Agents and Supervisors without needing to get full Admin permissions.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Any custom roles that were previously duplicated from an Admin will lose the ability to create/edit users until that role is given the permission above.

With Blendr sunset on 11th July, built-in Freshservice, Odoo and Creatio Integrations will no longer be supported and have been removed from Integration Marketplace.
ServiceNow will be removed next Tuesday - 9th July.

Improve EOM Invoice CSV Generation Process
This resolves issues with downloading large .csv invoices at the time of invoice generation.
Billing Groups not accurately reflecting recurring charges
Fixes an issue where the MRCs for some numbers were reflected as $0 on the Billing Groups configuration pages.
