Snapshot Call Metrics Dashboard

The Snapshot Dashboard is available to all Genius Licenses holders and gives Admins/Supervisors the ability to view agents and team call metrics.

  1. To view your dashboard select the Analytics" section on the left-hand side navigation.
  2. Then select the "Snapshot" tab
  3. Next, filter by one or multiple teams for your dashboard visualization using the "Filter by Team" drop-down located on the top left-hand side.
  4. Date and Timezone - Use the date picker located on the top right corner to select the desired date range 
    1. By default, the dashboard will use your account Timezone 
    2. Using the shortcuts to select the time interval 
  5. Your dashboard will automatically update based on your filter criteria

Report Alignment

Total Talk Time may not align exactly with your bill for the month. This is expected, please refer to your bill for correct call durations in alignment with your billing increment.
